Explicit Improvement Agenda
Fernbrooke State School has three focus areas within the School Improvement Agenda of Curriculum, Pedagogy and Reading. As a community, we will be focusing on these three areas through:
- Establishing the foundations of teaching and learning within a student centred environment with an emphasis on incorporating digital technologies, curriculum review and evidence based feedback.
- Establishing a culture of induction/coaching/mentoring across all teaching and non-teaching staff within the school environment.
- Continuing to embed student support services across the school community
