Fernbrooke State School was created with a very simple direction – to exceed expectations. This motto comes from a simple vision. We are establishing a learning community that can continually demonstrate that regardless of student diversity or location within a socio economic area, that students when surrounded with high expectation, a supportive community and the right conditions for learning, they can exceed expectations.
This vision drives everything that we do within our school. Focussing on our students to give them every opportunity to succeed through teaching and learning opportunities, student support structures and adjusting the curriculum to support our students across the learning spectrum.
Being a new school, as well as an Independent Public School, we have been given the privilege of visioning and shaping a school within our rapidly growing community. With a personally selected staff, we will just not be a regular primary school, we will be a school that gives all of our students' opportunities to succeed. Together, we are exceeding our own and our communities' expectations.
