Helping Hands Network operates as a community partnership with Schools, P&C's, Parents and Children to provide all of their Outside School Hours Care needs. They actively cooperate with government agencies, schools and parents, to provide a high quality service, ensuring the use of the service and the payment of fees is convenient and affordable while providing exceptional value and a financial contribution to the school community.
The Helping Hands Network company philosophy is to provide more than just a child minding service and strives to build stronger, happier and healthier communities through the provision of quality childcare in partnership with children, parents and schools. They tailor their programs to meet the local school community needs. More information on the company can be found at www.helpinghandsnetwork.com.au.
The service will operate for the following times and session costs:
Before school care
After school care
School holidays / student free days
As per the legal requirements under our legislation, all families wanting to access the service will need to complete Helping Hands enrolment forms in full prior to care being provided.
These can be done online at; www.helpinghandsnetwork.com.au. Follow the link on the first page.
There is no charge to enrol in the service and we encourage all families to do so. This allows families who may not require regular care to access the service, even if only for a one-off emergency.
Children who have any additional medical or behavioural needs are required to provide staff with any information required for the safe care of their children as well as others who attend. All Medical and Behavioural Management Forms, Medication and Medication Forms, and any other information requested by staff must be complete and provided to staff prior to attendance at the program. Helping Hands staff will work with families individually to ensure that the best care is provided.
Helping Hands Staff will be at the school setting up the service on Monday 23 April from 8.30 am on to provide information, answer any questions, assist with enrolment forms and to provide a quoting booth. Please drop in to meet the staff and introduce yourself. Enrolment packs will be available for those families who are unable to access the online enrolment.
Please find a Key Information Sheet about the service via this link. For any enquiries prior to Monday please don’t hesitate to contact the Helping Hands Customer Service and Billing Team on 1300 612 462.
We look forward to welcoming Helping Hands Network as part of our school community.
